Returns & Exchanges

At Knack, we want you to love every piece you wear, so if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
